Steven Faltz joins RAM Partners as Vice President of Operations.

RAM Partners would like to welcome Steven Faltz as Vice President of Operations. Steven joins RAM Partners with almost 30 years of experience in all areas of property management. In particular, Steven’s strengths include team building and mentoring, client relations, and critical thinking/problem-solving. His experience runs the full spectrum of property management including renovation/repositions and development/lease-ups in Class A, B, and C assets. He holds both designations of ARM and CPM.
Steven’s work history includes leadership roles at JLB Partners, Cottonwood Residential, BH Management Services, and Equity Residential.
He will primarily lead our growing Southwest-based portfolio including but not limited to Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
