Our corporate and social responsibility is through RAMgives which helps in two different ways.  The first is through donations to charitable organizations with a focus on housing needs throughout the country.  RAM Gives is administered by a national third-party company, the Cobb Community Foundation who donates money to 501(c)3 organizations across the US. 

Ram Partners, LLC, through a panel of employee volunteers, chooses different organizations relating to housing needs throughout the year to partner with.  Any RAM employee may submit a nomination of a charitable organization to the deciding panel throughout the year. This ensures every voice is heard at RAM Partners. 

The second part of RAM gives involves our employee assistance fund. Employees experiencing a financial hardship may apply for assistance through our third-party provider who in turn works with that employee on their specific needs.
