Sarah Loggins serves as Vice President of Operations at RAM Partners, bringing more than 24 years of experience in residential property management and a proven track record of driving operational success across diverse markets. Since joining RAM in 2009, Sarah has played a key role in advancing operational excellence across the organization through strategic leadership, process improvement, and performance-driven initiatives.


In her role, Sarah oversees a $2.8 billion portfolio spanning Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, Washington, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. She is responsible for all aspects of onsite property operations and leasing, including project performance reporting, rent revenue strategies, and full revenue and expense management.


Throughout her tenure at RAM, Sarah has led numerous major initiatives including new development and lease-up strategies, operational overhauls, national training programs, due diligence, and property takeovers. She has overseen more than 22 new development and lease-up projects across major Southeastern and Midwestern markets and has extensive experience managing assets ranging from Class AA to Class C communities.


Known for her hands-on, solutions-driven leadership style, Sarah is often called upon to step into complex or high-pressure situations to bring clarity, structure, and results. Her expertise includes marketing strategy, leasing performance, mediation, negotiation, vendor management, and full-scale renovation and value-add strategies. She is particularly skilled at leading large, multifaceted projects and guiding teams to deliver strong operational and financial performance.


Passionate about building strong teams, Sarah is committed to mentoring leaders, fostering professional development, and creating a culture of accountability and success across the RAM Partners organization.

Prior to joining RAM, Sarah worked with JPI and MAA, specializing in the student housing market. She is a long-standing member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
