Sarah Loggins joined RAM Partners in 2009 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations, overseeing a $2.6 billion portfolio across Tennessee, Florida, Washington, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Sarah is responsible for all aspects of onsite property operations and leasing, directing project performance reporting, rent revenue strategies, and full revenue and expense management.

Throughout her tenure at RAM, Sarah has led several major initiatives including new development and lease-up strategies, operational overhauls, and national training programs. One of Sarah’s key strengths is her ability to step into complex, high-pressure situations and serve as a “fixer” bringing clarity, structure, and results to challenging operational landscapes. She has a strong track record of taking on large-scale, multifaceted projects and guiding them to success.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience managing assets ranging from class AA to class C and has overseen more than 18 new development and lease-up projects in major Southeastern and Midwestern markets. Her leadership style is hands-on, solutions-driven, and grounded in empowering her teams to achieve long-term performance.

Prior to joining RAM, Sarah worked with JPI and MAA, specializing in the student housing market. She is a long-standing member of the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
