Melanie joined RAM in 2000. She serves as a Vice President of Operations after a promotion from Senior Area Vice President and was named Area Vice President of the year in 2022. Melanie oversees a portfolio of assets and Area Vice Presidents in Georgia and North Carolina. In her career with RAM Partners, she has had vast experience overseeing a full spectrum of properties including luxury lease-up properties, “B” assets, value-add properties, and affordable housing assets. Melanie’s passion is with her teams and has been successful in retaining employees for several years. She loves to train and develop her teams which is part of the mentoring program with RAM that makes RAM teams so successful.
