As Vice President, Janice Garber oversees a portfolio of communities from the RAM Partners Columbus, GA office. Her portfolio spans GA, AL, and Florida. and consists of over 2,200 units. Janice has worked for RAM Partners for over 5 years. Prior to RAM, Janice served as the COO for Greystone Properties.

Janice is a member of the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way, a member of the Columbus Apartment Association (GA), and a member of the SHRM –local chapter in Columbus, GA. She

attended Providence College in Providence Rhode Island, majoring in English.
