Casey started with RAM Partners in 2016 as a Property Manager in Nashville, TN. With almost 20 years of experience in the property management industry, Casey has found success in promoting a strong work ethic and a positive culture among his coworkers and employees. Prior to joining RAM, Casey began his career in property management as a Groundskeeper in Auburn, AL. Since then, he has held positions of Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager in the Nashville, TN and Birmingham, AL Markets. Casey oversees a diverse portfolio of Class “AA” to Class “C” Stabilized and Lease Up communities in Alabama, Tennessee and Montana.

Casey believes that a diverse knowledge base and a “do whatever it takes” attitude provide the residents and clients a product and services that separates RAM Partners from other property management companies. His core beliefs include intelligence, empathy, and the mindset to do the right thing every time.
