Amanda joined RAM Partners in 2016, after beginning her career with lease-up projects and LIHTC acquisitions in Central Florida. Later, Amanda worked in military housing and was responsible for managing multiple high-profile transitions and stabilizing struggling portfolios throughout the country. Currently, Amanda oversees a diverse portfolio throughout the Southeast Region including lease-up properties, value-add and stabilized assets.

Amanda has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She has also been featured in UNITS magazine and received the award for Area Vice President of the Year with RAM Partners.
