 BILL LESEMAN, CPM
 President

 

Bill Leseman oversees the management, marketing and leasing of all managed properties through an organization of Area Vice Presidents and Property Managers.
 
He is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and management plans, including the annual budget process. In addition, he conducts all asset management functions such as construction, tax appeals, property insurance and property sales (as needed).
 
Before joining RAM Partners in 1995, Mr. Leseman served as Senior Vice President of property management for Post Properties overseeing more than 16,000 apartment units. Previous experience also includes acting as Regional Manager for a large regional management company where he managed the firm's owned and third-party portfolios. Mr. Leseman has been active in property management since 1983.
 
Mr. Leseman has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where he holds the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation.
 


 ROBERT E. BELL, CPA
 Senior Vice President & Treasurer

 

Bob Bell is responsible for accounting, cash management and other financial functions for all managed properties. Mr. Bell has been with RAM Partners since it inception in 1989.
 
Before joining RAM Partners, Mr. Bell was Vice President and Treasurer for a large national real estate management company where he was responsible for all accounting and financial functions for approximately 300 residential apartment communities and 100 commercial buildings.
 
Mr. Bell is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years experience in accounting and finance. He received his Bachelor's degree in accounting from Georgia State University.
 


 MARTHA J. LOGAN, CPM
 Vice President of Operations

 

Martha Logan has been active in the multi-family industry since 1974. Ms. Logan is known in the apartment industry as an innovator and as a successful implementer of new ideas. Ms. Logan served as Executive Vice-President of Post Properties for 10 years. Martha was initially responsible for the management of Residential Asset Management (RAM Partners) formerly, a wholly owned subsidiary of Post Properties.
 
Her organization, leadership, successful goal achievement, and bottom line results for owners of real estate have always been a hallmark of her efforts. Prior to joining RAM Partners, Martha founded her own company, Martha Logan and Associates. Ms. Logan is always focused on improving property operations and increasing cash flow of apartment communities resulting in added value for owners real estate.
 
She has completed the requirements for the CPM designation from IREM and is a licensed real estate agent. Ms. Logan serves on the board of Cobb Christmas and is an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Marietta.
 


 BRENDA LINDNER, CPM
 Vice President of Operations

 

Brenda Lindner is an accomplished professional who has been active in the property management industry since 1990. She joined RAM Partners in 1995 and is responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of 10,000 units in the Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, Birmingham, Columbia, Memphis, Austin and Dallas markets. Her portfolio consists of garden, mid-rise and high-rise developments. Ms. Lindner has extensive experience in new construction, lease-ups and repositioning troubled assets. She has a reputation for being hands-on, reactive and hard working.
 
Ms. Lindner came to RAM Partners from a national property management firm where she served as Executive Property Manager and Marketing Trainer. Ms. Lindner is extremely active in the Atlanta Apartment Association and serves on many committees and is Co-Chairman of Membership. Ms. Lindner is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and earned a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Illinois State University.
 


 LORI M. KRULL
 CAPS Vice President - Operations

 

Lori Krull began her career in the multi-family business in 1989 as a leasing consultant and has successfully advanced forward. Currently, she supervises more than 9,000 units throughout Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Kentucky. Her portfolio consists of garden and high-rise developments in all class type communities including new construction and full renovation projects. Her property management experience includes third party management for large institutional owners as well as entrepreneurial/individual owners, and owner owned communities. Property types supervised over the course of her career include conventional, tax credit and bond/income communities throughout her portfolios. She has previously held a position as an Executive Vice President responsible for all phases and operations of the in-house management division as well as several Division / Regional positions. Lori is responsible for all phases of operations for her portfolio including financial analysis, development of business and marketing plans, preparation and execution of annual budgets, involvement in corporate policy decisions and successful training of regional and site personnel. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Tampa Bay Area Apartment Association for the past five years and is the current Elected First Vice President. She is a Florida Apartment Association Delegate and currently serves on the Legislative Committee and is Chairperson to the Membership Committee for the BAAA. Lori is working toward her Certified Apartment Management designation.
 


 BETSY WILLIAMS
 Area Vice President

 

Betsy Williams joined RAM Partners in 2002 and currently manages a portfolio of seven properties totaling 1,290 units in the Raleigh/Durham area. Betsy began her career with RAM Partners as a property manager and her desire, dedication and proven success record allowed her advancement to Area Vice President. Prior to joining RAM Partners Betsy worked for REITs and privately owned management firms, and has extensive experience in lease-up, stabilized, re-hab and new construction properties. She was presented with Property Manager of the year award, and Property of the Year award in 2003, and in 2004 was the recipient of the RAM Spirit award. Ms. Williams attended Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing. She has her North Carolina Real Estate License and is a Certified Apartment Manager.
 


 CAROLINE DUNAWAY
 Area Vice President

 

Caroline Dunaway is an experienced and professional management executive, successful in all areas of Multi-Family Real Estate management. She has a broad range of experience with diverse product in both primary and secondary markets. Ms. Dunaway came to RAM Partners in 2006 from a privately owned Atlanta based Real Estate Investment Company, where she was responsible for managing a portfolio of 4,719 units in the Atlanta, Nashville, Knoxville, Memphis, Birmingham, Colorado Springs, and Ft. Worth markets. She was also instrumental in the sale of 12 communities, including the due diligence process and successful transition to new ownership. Her management strengths are overall fiscal accountability, marketing development, and the personnel and physical asset management of a multi-site portfolio. She has experience with private owners, third party management and REIT's. Ms. Dunaway began her career in property management in 1991, where she began as a Leasing Consultant. During her career, she grew professionally through promotions to Property Management, Training Coordinator and Regional Property Manager. She strongly believes that her experience in each of these positions is crucial to effectively supporting the on-site teams. Ms. Dunaway attended Converse College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
 


 TARA COLLINS
 Area Vice President

 

Tara Collins has been in the property management industry for over 16 years, and joined RAM Partners in 1990. Tara's vast experience includes the repositioning of troubled assets, completing new construction lease-up, maintaining stabilized properties, conventional, mid-rise, and garden style managed portfolios. Ms. Collins was promoted to Area Vice President, and her portfolios have primarily been focused in the Atlanta and Nashville areas. Tara is active in the local Apartment Associations, and her comprehensive training and computer skills have proven valuable, as she has participated in many training and team management seminars. Ms. Collins is working toward her Bachelor in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate, and is currently fulfilling the requirements for the Certified Property Manger (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
 


 SUSAN E. BROWN
 Area Vice President

 

Sue Brown has been in the Property Management industry for over 14 years, and worked for several recognized management firms before starting with RAM in 2005. She began her career in the property management industry as a Leasing Consultant and quickly moved up through the ranks. Ms. Brown is from Schenectady, NY, but has called Atlanta home for 11 years. Sue's experience in the industry includes acquisitions, dispositions, lease-ups, training, and she has a hands-on team orientated approach to management. She has supervised portfolios in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina and Texas. Sue has a degree in Early Childhood Education from the State University of New York at Cobleskill. She holds a CAM designation and is currently working on her CAPS designation. Sue is involved in the Atlanta Apartment Association and has served on the Board of Directors of the Jacksonville Apartment Association for several terms as the Chairman of the Education and Membership Committees.
 


 JULIE GASAWAY, CPM
 Area Vice President

 

Julie Gasaway is an accomplished property management professional who has worked in the apartment management field since 1982. She joined RAM Partners in 1991. Her responsibilities at RAM Partners include supervising the management of a number of properties in Atlanta and South Carolina.
 
Ms. Gasaway is experienced in all phases of property management. Her experience includes training in accounting, computer operations, office administration reporting requirements and financial responsibilities. She is proficient in property turnarounds, capital improvement supervision, budget management and property takeovers and setups.
 
Ms. Gasaway is a Certified Property Manager. She attended DeKalb College where she majored in Business.
 


 SUSAN I. HAYDEL
 Area Vice President

 

Susan Haydel is an accomplished property management professional who has worked in the apartment industry since 1986. She joined RAM Partners in 1998 and is responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in Georgia.
 
Before joining RAM Partners, Ms. Haydel served as an area manager for a national management company managing properties in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Her experience includes leasing new construction communities, overseeing renovation projects and managing distressed properties. In addition, Ms. Haydel's background includes serving as a sales trainer and writing a training manual on advanced leasing and customer service.
 
Ms. Haydel's expertise is in maximizing value of the real estate for the owner / client. She has a proven track record of achieving the owner's goals and objectives.
 
Ms. Haydel is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with at Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and was awarded top honors for new member recruitment.
 


 LISA BAKER
 Area Vice President

 

Lisa Baker is responsible for a portfolio totaling 1,298 units. Lisa has worked in the residential property management industry for seventeen years and has a varied background, which includes extensive marketing, corporate training and internal auditing expertise. Ms. Baker has worked on all kinds of properties from new construction to lease-up and stabilized communities.
 
Lisa began her career as a leasing consultant and was quickly promoted to property manager with a nationally recognized management firm. Lisa has several years of experience managing a multi-site portfolio working for private owners and a REIT. Previous experience also includes the fee management side of the business and a diverse group of properties throughout the southeastern United States.
 
Lisa has received her CAM designation and is working toward her CPM designation.
 


 KIMBERLEY GARRETT
 Area Vice President

 

Kimberley Garrett has been in property management for over 14 years. Her experience includes both Commercial and Multi-family. She joined RAM Partners in 1997 as the manager for Bridgewater Apartments, a 532 unit community in Duluth, Georgia. She currently supervises five properties in the Birmingham area consisting of 1,586 units. She is active in the RAM training department, teaching fair housing and leadership development.
 
Her experience is diverse ranging from the management of luxury, moderate, and lease up apartment communities as well as office and retail commercial space. A major focus has been with rehabilitation projects and turnarounds. She most recently received Property Manager of the year in 2000 and has a proven track record for increasing the bottom line.
 
Kimberley has attended Georgia State University and Shorter University working toward a degree in Business. She is also working toward a CPM designation.
 


 CHRIS M. MULLEN
 Director of Training

 

Chris Mullen has been active in the apartment industry since 1985 with nationally recognized management firms where her experience ranged from leasing to manager and advanced to multi-site management and training.

Chris joined RAM Partners in 1995 managing a portfolio in the Atlanta area including new construction, Class A - lease-up projects and tax credit/bond financed communities. Chris has been instrumental in the development of class modules for the training department and currently holds the position of Director of Training. She has been active in property management since 1990 and has held several positions including Leasing Consultant, Troubleshooter, Assistant Manager, Property Manager, Corporate Marketing / Training Director, Special Projects Coordinator.

Ms. Mullen has developed and implemented RAM’s training program concentrating on the specific needs of employees, supervisors and owners.


 REBECCA WELCH
 Area Vice President

 

Rebecca Welch has been in the apartment industry for 13 years and has supervised a variety of communities ranging from new construction to million dollar renovations.

Her portfolio consists of communities located throughout Tennessee.

Prior to joining RAM Partners in 2001 Rebecca was with Post Properties for 8 years and her previous experience in multiple apartment markets helped to excel her career in the industry. Rebecca has a successful track record with the management of distressed projects and with lease-up communities.

Ms. Welch has a degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University and she is working toward the requirements to receive her Certified Property Management (CPM) designation.


 KELLY MARCHBANKS
 Area Vice President

 

Kelly Marchbanks manages a portfolio of 1,489 units. She is an accomplished property management professional who has worked in the multi-family industry since 1988.

Ms. Marchbanks served as an Area Manager and Corporate Construction Development liaison for a local, privately owned management and development company prior to joining RAM. Kelly has extensive knowledge overseeing all aspects of property management and development as well as being instrumental in the start-up of many new construction communities throughout the South East. She also specializes in tax credit and bond financed communities.

Ms. Marchbanks attended the University of Georgia where she majored in early childhood education. Kelly is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation and is an active member in the Atlanta Apartment Association.


 BELENDA MACFARLAND
 Area Vice President

 

Belenda MacFarland is responsible for the property and asset management operations for assets in Maryland and middle Virginia.

Belenda MacFarland began her career in property management in 1985 as a Regional Manager for a major development/management company out of Indianapolis, Indiana. During her ten years with this group, she was promoted to a Division Manager/Vice President position and was responsible for more than 6,000 apartment homes operating in eight states.

She then spent five years with another development/management company where her responsibilities included the start-up of the management operations that grew to over 5,000 apartment homes in eight states. During this time, she also served as a member of the development team working on new project development as well as completing due diligence responsibilities as a part of the acquisition group.

Ms. MacFarland’s management experience is diverse and includes Class “A” to “C” communities, senior housing, bond-financed, and government programs with Section 8, 236 and 42. Belenda’s resume also includes REIT experience.

Belenda graduated from the Indiana University School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She is a Certified Property Manager and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. She holds a Kentucky and Virginia real estate license and is a candidate member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Relators.


 WENDY BROOME
 Area Vice President

 

Wendy Broome has been in the Property Management industry since 1988. Wendy has worked for several nationally recognized management firms before starting her career with RAM Partners in 2002. She has worked her way “through the ranks” from Leasing Consultant to Regional Manager. Ms. Gelinas is from Orlando, Florida and has a vast amount of knowledge in that market. Wendy moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 2000 with an Atlanta based Management Company, where she was a regional manager overseeing six properties in Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.

Ms. Broome property management experience includes a vast variety of product including conventional, section 8/bond financed, tax credit, distressed and cash challenged properties, as well as third party management.


 CAROL CICERO
 Area Vice President

 

Carol Cicero is an accomplished property management professional and has worked in the multi-family industry since 1983. Carol has developed a close working relationship with her clients to achieve the success of site-specific goals. Being based in Atlanta, she has acquired extensive experience and knowledge of the Atlanta market. Carol has extensive experience in lease-up, stabilized, new construction, and re–hab communities.

Ms. Cicero served as an Area Manager for a local, privately owned management company and development company prior to joining RAM. Through her hard work and dedication she has continuously worked her way up to the corporate level. Due to her integral part at RAM Partners, she was presented the Property Manager of the Year Award in 2001, along with Property of the Year. She has extensive knowledge overseeing all aspects of property management.

Carol is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager designation and is an active member in the Atlanta Apartment Association.


 HOLLY WHITFIELD-KRIEBER, CPM
 Area Vice President

 

Holly Whitfield-Krieber joined RAM Partners in 2007 taking responsibility for 1,880 units located throughout Texas.

Holly began her career in property management over 20 years ago in Dallas, Texas before relocating to Austin. Her experience in the industry includes luxury, moderate and lease-up apartment communities consisting of garden apartments as well as mid-rise and high-rise buildings. She served as General Manager of RIATA; a 2,200 unit community located in Austin at the time of it’s opening, helping to bring it out of construction in its initial phase.

Prior to becoming an Area Vice President for RAM Partners, Holly was Vice President of Business Development for a third-party management firm handling properties in ten states.

Holly attended Texas Tech University and holds her CPM designation and a Texas Real Estate License.


 JOANN MOCK
 Systems Manager / Trainer

 

JoAnn Mock joined RAM Partners in 1998 and holds the position of Systems Manager and Trainer. She has been active in property management since 1986 and has held several positions including Construction / Renovation Manager, Troubleshooter, Property Manager and Corporate Software Trainer. Ms. Mock is responsible for all data conversions to eSite, MRI, Yardi, PowerSite and BCL. JoAnn also provides training and support to all of the 122 properties for each application. JoAnn has developed and implemented RAM's systems training program concentrating on the specific needs of Owner policies.


 MIKE HEGMAN
 Director of Maintenance

 

Mike has been in the apartment industry for more than twenty years, and the RAM team in 2002 overseeing the rehab of a Texas property. After successfully completing the rehab Mike was promoted to Assistant Director of Maintenance in 2004 and relocated to Atlanta to join the corporate staff. He has a vast knowledge of the apartment and service industry and his experience also includes the hotel and health service industry.

Mike graduated from the Control Data Technical Institute with a degree in Information Technology. He is a licensed First Class Unlimited Stationary Engineer in the state of Florida. Mike and his wife Penny are dedicated parents to their three small children and make there home in Woodstock, Georgia, north of Atlanta.

Mike’s promotion to Director of Maintenance and Construction will be a success given his hands on experience and the respect from his team members that he has earned over the years.
