We know that the success of our organization and of the properties we manage depends on the quality of service we provide to our residents, our clients and our employees.
Superior service is the goal of all our employees, including those who do not deal directly with the public. This outlook is incorporated into our day-to-day operations through regular employee meetings, training seminars and one-on-one employee/supervisor feedback.
Our written "commitments to service" pledge is incorporated into all employee-training classes and is included in each property's yearly management plan. It applies to all our managed properties and all our employees, both on-site and at the home office.

Property staffs, from managers and leasing consultants to maintenance and housekeepers, periodically review each owner's objectives and goals. Furthermore, our employees have the experience and know-how needed to meet those goals.
Good communication is a vital part of our business and our Area Vice Presidents are in constant contact with our clients. We know that understanding our clients' assets, goals and performance requirements is the key to providing good service.
Our corporate management staffs as well as our on-site employees are experienced in all sizes, types and classes of multi-family assets. This wide range of experience will allow us to adapt quickly to your particular strategy.
